- Maple syrup2 cdas.
- Chili flake · flakes1 cdta.
- Egg2
- Butter1 cda.
- Scallion · chopped¼ tazas
- Croissant1
- Queso cheddar · shredded1 rebanada

Preparación
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the bacon until golden and crisp, about 8–10 minutes. Move it to a paper-towel-lined plate and pour off the fat from the pan (wipe it out or save it).
- Add maple syrup and red pepper flakes to the dry skillet, stir, then return the bacon and coat it evenly. Take off the heat and set aside.
- Toast the croissant. In a bowl, beat 2 eggs with a pinch of salt and pepper. Melt butter in a medium nonstick skillet over medium heat, then pour in the eggs. Scramble quickly into soft curds for about 1 minute 20 seconds; don't overcook. Remove from heat.
- Fold in the chives while the eggs finish cooking in the residual heat.
- Place the eggs on the bottom half of the toasted croissant, then the cheddar and the bacon. Cover with the top half and serve right away.
