By Spain on a Fork · 10 min

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Heat a non-stick frying pan over medium heat.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, rosemary, thyme and sea salt. Make a well in the middle, add the cheese, olive oil and water, and mix together.
  3. When it forms a dough, knead it in the bowl for about 1 minute until well combined, then shape into a ball.
  4. Dust a clean surface with flour, cut the dough in half, shape each half into a ball, then cut each ball into 4 equal pieces (8 total).
  5. Roll or press each piece to about 1/8 inch (a little over 1/4 cm) thick. Brush the top lightly with olive oil, place oil side down in the hot pan, and cook about 1 1/2 minutes per side, until done.
  6. Shape and cook the remaining flatbreads the same way.
  7. Serve warm or at room temperature.
