15-Minute Korean Style Beef Spaghetti That Will Change Your Life! Bulgogi Noodles
Ingredientes
- Ground beef10 oz
- Garlic5 dentes
- Scallion3
- Noodle6 oz
- Vegetable oil2 colheres de sopa
- Butter1 colher de sopa
- Parmesan cheese · grated½ xícara
- Microgreens1 punhado
- Molho shoyu2 colheres de sopa
- Oyster sauce2 colheres de sopa
- Sugar1 colher de sopa
- Mirin2 colheres de sopa
- Black pepper
- Toasted sesame oil1 colher de chá
Modo de preparo
- In a bowl, mix the ground beef with the soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, mirin, black pepper and sesame oil.
- Finely chop the garlic. Thinly slice the green onions, keeping the whites and greens apart.
- Add the garlic and the white parts of the green onions to the beef and mix well. Set aside.
- Boil the spaghetti in unsalted water until al dente. Save 1 cup of the cooking water before draining.
- Heat the oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Add the beef in an even layer and sear for 2 minutes, until the bottom is golden brown.
- Flip and break up the beef. Stir-fry for 4 to 5 minutes until cooked through, letting the liquid evaporate and the beef caramelize.
- Add the butter and stir until melted. Pour in 1/2 cup of the pasta water, scraping up the browned bits, and simmer for 1 minute until bubbling.
- Add the noodles and the Parmigiano-Reggiano and toss for about 2 minutes until well coated. Add more pasta water as needed for a creamier texture.
- Divide among plates, spoon over the remaining sauce, and top with the green onion greens and extra cheese. Microgreens are optional.
