  1. Make a strong, hot shot of espresso (30 ml / 1 oz).
  2. Place 1 large or 2 small scoops of vanilla gelato or ice cream in a serving glass.
  3. Pour the hot espresso over the ice cream, then pour the liquor (1/2 shot / 1 tbsp) over it.
  4. Serve straight away.
