Modo de preparo

Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
Grease a 9x13 inch cake dish.
Cream together the butter, sugar and eggs, reserving 1 tablespoon of sugar for sprinkling.
Combine the dry ingredients.
Add the dry ingredients to the butter mixture in 3 or 4 additions, mixing well after each.
Mix in the sour cream.
Pour the batter into the prepared dish, top with chocolate chips and sprinkle with the reserved sugar.
Bake for about 30 minutes, or until a cake tester comes out clean.
