- Chicken breast · boneless skinless4
- Cream cheese · softened1
- Cheddar cheese4 oz
- Bacon24 oz
- Killer Hogs AP Seasoning¼ cups
- Killer Hogs Hot Rub¼ cups

Instructions
- Prepare a charcoal grill for indirect cooking with a two-zone fire.
- Fill each jalapeño half with softened cream cheese and season with Killer Hogs Hot Rub.
- Butterfly each chicken breast and season it with Killer Hogs AP Seasoning. Place one jalapeño inside each breast and top with a stick of cheddar. Close the breast around it and season the outside with AP Seasoning.
- Overlap bacon strips over each breast to cover it completely. Tuck the ends under the bottom of the breast and season with Killer Hogs Hot Rub.
- Place the breasts on the indirect side of the grill and cook until the internal temperature reaches 155°F (68°C). Brush the outside with Killer Hogs The BBQ Sauce and keep cooking until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Pull the breasts off at 160-162°F (71-72°C) and let them rest, so carryover heat brings them to 165°F (74°C) in about 5-7 minutes.
