- Cucumber · grated¼ xícara

Modo de preparo
- Drain the tuna into a fine sieve over a bowl, keep the reserved oil, and flake the tuna gently.
- Put the tuna in a large bowl with the breadcrumbs, eggs, shallot, garlic, parsley, salt and pepper. Mix, then mash until it forms a paste-like texture.
- Divide the mixture into 3 equal pieces and shape each into a ball, squeezing well so it binds. Flatten each ball into a patty about 1 1/2 cm (5/8 inch) thick.
- Heat a large frying pan over medium heat and add the reserved tuna oil.
- Once the oil is warm, add the patties and fry for about 5 minutes per side, until golden and cooked through. Remove from the pan.
- Meanwhile, make the tzatziki: press the water out of the grated cucumber over paper towel, then mix it into the Greek yogurt with the garlic, dried dill, lemon juice and olive oil. Season generously with salt and pepper and whisk.
- To assemble, spread tzatziki on the bottom bun, then add a patty, sliced tomato, sliced red onion and shredded lettuce. Top with more tzatziki and the top bun.
