- Paprika · smoked½ tsp
- Salt
- Black pepper
- Sunflower oil½ cups
- Greek yoghurt½ cups
- Dijon mustard1 tsp
- Onion · finely chopped2 tbsp

Instructions
- Pat the cod fillets completely dry on paper towels, season both sides with salt and pepper, and cut into sticks 8 cm long by 2 cm thick. Put the sticks in a large bowl with the flour and toss gently until well coated.
- Beat the egg in a bowl with the water, salt and pepper. In a separate bowl, mix the breadcrumbs with the garlic powder, onion powder and paprika.
- Heat the sunflower oil in a large frying pan over medium heat.
- While the oil heats, coat each fish stick first in the egg mixture, then in the breadcrumbs, making sure each is fully covered.
- When the oil is hot, about 6 to 8 minutes, add the fish sticks in a single layer, spaced apart, in batches. Fry for 3 minutes per side until golden and crispy. Move to a wire rack set over paper towels.
- For the dipping sauce, whisk the Greek yogurt with the Dijon mustard, chopped onion, chopped dill pickles, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
- Spoon the sauce into a serving dish and arrange the fish sticks around it.
