Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  2. Lay the bacon on the tray and bake for 13 to 14 minutes, or until cooked to your liking.
  3. Whisk the eggs in a bowl with the milk, if using.
  4. Melt the butter in a pan over medium heat. Add the egg mixture and cook for 2 to 3 minutes, stirring regularly, until soft, fluffy and still wet. Remove and set aside.
  5. Mash the avocados in a bowl and season to taste.
  6. Lay out 5 wraps and divide all the ingredients evenly among them. Top with cheese, then wrap tightly, covering both ends.
  7. Wrap tightly in foil, food paper or meal prep containers. Refrigerate for up to 5 days or freeze for up to 4 months.
  8. Thaw overnight in the fridge if frozen before reheating. Eat fresh, or toast in a hot, dry pan until crispy and golden.
