Cheesecake Dip is WAY Easier Than Making the Real Thing
Ingredients
- Heavy cream⅔ cups
- Sugar1 cup
- Vanilla1 ½ tsp
- Cream cheese16 oz
- Sour cream3 tbsp
Instructions
- Using an electric mixer, beat the heavy cream, ½ cup (65 g) powdered sugar and vanilla in a large bowl until stiff peaks form.
- In another large bowl, beat the cream cheese, the remaining ½ cup (65 g) powdered sugar and the sour cream until smooth and creamy.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture with a spatula until fully combined.
- Serve right away, or chill before serving with dippers. If it has firmed up too much, let it sit 10-15 minutes and stir gently before serving.
