- Chili pepper2 nos
- Ginger1 tsp
- Scalliona handful
- Cilantroa handful

Instructions
- Crumble the paneer into a large bowl, then grate the processed cheese on the large holes and add it.
- Add all the filling ingredients and mix well with a spoon.
- Trim the crusts off the large sandwich bread slices by stacking them on a board and cutting the sides; crusts left on stop the rolls sealing and make them oily.
- Dip one slice in water until wet on both sides, then squeeze between your palms until the bread is completely flat, as flat bread absorbs less oil.
- Take a handful of filling, squeeze it together, place it in the centre of the bread and bring the corners together. Press and rotate in your palm to form an oval, egg-shaped roll with no cracks.
- Shape all the rolls the same way and rest them for 10 minutes.
- Heat oil in a deep pan or kadhai to 175°C until moderately hot.
- Fry 3-4 rolls at a time over high heat until crisp and golden brown.
- Drain them in a sieve and serve hot with ketchup or another dip.
