Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.
  2. Boil the cut potatoes in a pot of water until soft, about 15 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  3. Season the salmon with salt and pepper and bake it for 15 to 20 minutes, until gently cooked through. Let it cool slightly, then flake it with a fork.
  4. Heat a skillet over medium heat with the oil, onion and garlic. Cook about 3 minutes, until the onion turns brown and translucent, adding a pinch of salt while it cooks. Add the frozen peas and cook 2 to 3 minutes, until fully thawed. Set aside.
  5. Mash the potatoes, then stir in the broth, yogurt and seasonings. Grate in half the cheese, then fold in the salmon and peas. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  6. Spread the mixture in a baking dish or in the skillet, then sprinkle the remaining cheese on top.
  7. Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove the foil for the final 5 to 7 minutes to brown the top.
  8. Let it cool slightly before serving.
