Ingredients

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix the ground chicken, onion, garlic, carrot, breadcrumbs, egg, salt, pepper, paprika, cumin, cayenne and Dijon mustard until well combined.
  2. Divide the mixture into 18 equal portions and shape them into round patties.
  3. To pan-fry, heat 2-3 tablespoons olive oil or butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook the patties about 4-5 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through, to an internal temperature of 165°F/75°C.
  4. To bake, preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, lightly spray it with oil, place the patties on it and bake 18-20 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and cooked through.
  5. To air-fry, preheat to 375°F (190°C). Lightly spray the basket with oil, place the patties in a single layer and air-fry 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway.
  6. For the tahini yogurt sauce, mix the yogurt and tahini in a small bowl.
  7. For the spicy sriracha mayo, mix ½ cup mayonnaise with 1 tablespoon sriracha and ½ teaspoon lime juice.
