Chocolate Lava Cookie

Zubereitung

1. Beat the butter and both sugars in a bowl, then add the egg and vanilla and beat until light and fluffy.
2. Sift in the flour, baking powder and salt and mix until combined. Chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
3. Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F) for at least 15 minutes. Scoop about 80 g per large cookie or 45 g per small one, and place on a lined sheet pan.
4. Bake large cookies for 13–15 minutes and small ones for 10 minutes.
5. While the cookies are still hot, press the centre of each to make a pocket, and fill it with the chocolate lava. Sprinkle with sea salt.
