Christmas Coconut Balls (No-Bake!) #shorts
Ingredients
- Coconut2 cups
- Sweetened condensed milk½ cups
- Coconut oil6 tbsp
- Vanilla1 tsp
- Red and Green M&Ms½ cups
- Chocolate chip1 ½ cups
Instructions
- Pulse the coconut in a food processor or blender until it resembles breadcrumbs, then transfer to a bowl.
- Add the condensed milk, 5 tbsp coconut oil and vanilla. Stir until well combined, then fold in the M&Ms just until mixed.
- Scoop the mixture into balls onto a parchment-lined baking sheet. Smooth the balls between your hands and chill for 15 minutes.
- Melt 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips with 1 tbsp coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl, heating in 15-second bursts and stirring until smooth (usually 45 to 60 seconds total).
- Dip each ball in the melted chocolate, letting excess drip back into the bowl. Place on the parchment and chill until firm.
- Melt the white chocolate chips (30 to 45 seconds total in the microwave) and pipe a drizzle over each ball, then top with M&Ms before the white chocolate sets.
