Creamy Feta Dip

1. Put all the ingredients except the oil into a food processor and blitz on high for 10 seconds, or until fairly smooth, scraping down the sides once.
2. With the motor running, slowly pour the olive oil through the feed tube, then blitz until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.
3. Spread the dip on a shallow plate to about 1.5 cm thick. Use the back of a spoon to make swirls.
4. Drizzle with the honey and olive oil, then sprinkle with pistachios, parsley, chilli and lemon zest.
5. Serve immediately with your chosen dippers.
