Instructions

In a bowl, beat the eggs, milk, water, melted butter and flour well, then add the salt to make the batter.
Heat a pan and pour in a ladle of batter, spreading it into a thin crepe.
Cook over medium to low heat until bubbles appear on top, then fill the crepe.
For the strawberry sauce, cook the halved strawberries with the 2 tbsp castor sugar and 2 tbsp water until soft and mushy.
Whip the cream with 1 tbsp castor sugar. Spread whipped cream and strawberry sauce on a crepe, roll it up and top with strawberries.
