Ingredientes

Modo de preparo

  1. Deseed the green chilli and cut it into a few pieces. Remove the tough stems from the coriander.
  2. Blend all the marinade ingredients into a slightly chunky paste.
  3. Place the fish on an oven tray and spread a few tablespoons of marinade over the insides. For a whole fish, cut slits in the sides and fill them with marinade. Leave to marinate for 15 minutes.
  4. Slice the tomato and onion very thinly (about 1 mm), finely grate the carrot, and cut the chilli into thin rounds.
  5. Mix the tomato, onion, carrot and chilli in a bowl with a few tablespoons of marinade until well combined.
  6. Spread the vegetable topping in an even layer over the fish, including inside the slits.
  7. Preheat the oven grill (broiler) to high. Place the tray under it and cook until the flesh is tender and cooked through; about 16 minutes for medium fish.
