Dorayaki
Ingredientes
- Flour1 ¼ tazas
- Baking soda1 cdta.
- Egg2
- Sugar½ tazas
- Miel1 cda.
- Milk¾ tazas
- Anko
Preparación
- Mix the flour and baking soda in a bowl.
- In another bowl, whisk the eggs, sugar and honey together. Add the milk and mix well.
- Stir the dry ingredients into the egg mixture and whisk until smooth.
- Heat a non-stick pan with a little oil, then wipe off the excess. On medium-low heat, drop 1/8 cup of batter onto the pan like a pancake. Cook about 2 minutes, until the surface is full of bubbles and the edges look dry. Flip and cook 1 more minute.
- Move the cakes to a plate and cover with a damp paper towel.
- Spread a heaping tablespoon of anko on one cake, top with another cake, wrap in plastic and press with your hands. Pinch the edges together to seal.
