Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C). Line a 9x9-inch pan with parchment and grease it.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the cake mix, water, eggs and oil until combined.
  3. Pour into the pan and bake for 30 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean. Let it cool completely, 30–40 minutes.
  4. Crumble the cooled cake in a large bowl with gloved hands. Add the frosting (keep the sprinkles from the lid) and mix until it resembles cookie dough.
  5. Roll into 1½-inch balls, shape each into an egg, and place on a parchment-lined tray. Freeze about 15 minutes until well chilled.
  6. Melt the white chocolate chips with the coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring between, until smooth.
  7. Dip each chilled egg into the melted chocolate, place back on the parchment and sprinkle with sprinkles before the coating sets.
  8. Refrigerate until the chocolate has completely set.
