In the same pan, add 1 tbsp oil, then the onion, red pepper, cherry tomatoes, green chilli, garlic, ginger, curry powder, ground coriander, cumin, paprika, cinnamon, ½ tsp salt and ½ tsp black pepper. Fry, stirring constantly, for 4 minutes until the onion starts to soften.
- Add the can of finely chopped tomatoes and the coconut cream. Stir, bring to the boil, then reduce the heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Meanwhile, cut the steak into thin slices.
- Return the sliced steak and any resting juices to the pan, stir, and simmer for a further 2 minutes. Turn off the heat and serve topped with fresh coriander.
