Easy Homemade Blueberry Ice Cream Recipe (Only 3-Ingredients)
Ingredients
- Blueberry14 oz
- Sweetened condensed milk1 can
- Heavy cream2 cups
- Vanilla · paste½ tsp
Instructions
- Blend the blueberries until smooth. For deeper flavor and better texture, pour the puree into a saucepan and cook over low heat for 10–15 minutes, stirring often. Let it cool completely.
- In a large cold bowl, whip the heavy cream to stiff peaks with an electric mixer.
- Add the sweetened condensed milk, the chilled blueberry puree and the vanilla bean paste (if using) to the whipped cream. Beat on low speed just until combined.
- Use a spatula to gently fold the mixture, scraping the sides and bottom of the bowl so it mixes evenly.
- Transfer to a freezer-safe container, press plastic wrap directly onto the surface, cover with a lid and freeze for at least 6 hours or overnight until firm.
