Easy Homemade Watermelon Sorbet Recipe
Ingredients
- Watermelon5 cups
- Mint¼ cups
- Lime2–3 tbsp
- Maple syrup½ cups

- Spread the watermelon cubes in a single layer on a tray and freeze for at least 2 to 3 hours, until solid.
- Put the frozen watermelon, mint, lime juice, sugar or honey (if using) and a pinch of salt into a food processor or high-speed blender.
- Blend until smooth and sorbet-like, scraping down the sides as needed. If it is too thick, add 1 to 2 tablespoons of water or more lime juice.
- Taste and adjust the sweetness or sourness, then blend briefly again if needed.
- Serve right away as soft-serve, or freeze in a container for 3 to 4 hours or overnight for a firmer texture.
