Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Quarter each biscuit. Put the pieces in a large zip-top bag or covered bowl with the granulated sugar and cinnamon, then shake or toss until evenly coated (work in batches if needed).
  3. Grease a 10-inch Bundt pan (12 to 16 cups) lightly with butter or baking spray, then add the coated biscuit pieces.
  4. In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine the butter and brown sugar. Stir occasionally until the mixture starts to boil and the butter has fully melted, 3 to 5 minutes.
  5. Pour the hot sugar mixture over the biscuits. Set the pan on a baking sheet or large sheet of foil to catch drips.
  6. Bake for 45 minutes, until the biscuits have risen to the top of the pan or just above it and the top is deep golden brown. The internal temperature should be 190 to 200°F (88 to 93°C).
  7. Cool the pan on a wire rack for 10 minutes. Set a large serving plate on top, flip the pan over to turn the bread out, remove the pan, and let it cool a few more minutes before serving warm.
