Instructions

Cut the strawberries into thin slices.
On a baking tray lined with baking paper, shape the honey into rectangles.
Arrange 6 strawberry slices on the honey rectangles.
Cut out puff pastry rectangles, cover the strawberries and seal the edges well.
Brush the tops with egg yolk and prick with a fork.
Bake for 25 minutes at 190°C.
Dust with icing sugar once baked.
