Eggless pancake recipe | How to make eggless pancakes with wheat flour
Ingredients
- Flour1 cup
- Baking powder1 ½ tsp
- Sugar2
- Salt2 pinches
- Cinnamon0.13 tsp
- Vanilla1 tsp
- Banana1
- Oil2 tsp
- Milk¾ cups
- Butter
Instructions
- Mix the flour, baking powder and salt, and set aside.
- Mash the banana well with the cinnamon and sugar. Add the oil, vanilla and milk, and whisk until well combined.
- Add the flour in 2 batches and mix just until smooth. The batter should be lump-free, pourable but thick.
- Grease a pan well with oil or butter, wipe off the excess, and heat it.
- When the pan is just hot, set the heat to medium and pour in 1 ladle of batter without spreading it.
- Cover and cook for 1 to 2 minutes. Drizzle butter around the edges.
- When the edges lift from the pan, flip the pancake and cook the other side.
- Keep the heat moderate, otherwise the pancakes brown before they cook through. Repeat with the remaining batter, then stack the pancakes.
