Instructions

In a large microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips, peanut butter and butter in 30-second intervals until smooth.
Stir in the vanilla and salt.
Pour the chocolate mixture over the cereal. Divide between two large bowls if needed.
Gently fold the cereal with a wooden spoon, taking care not to break it.
Put the coated cereal in a bag, add the powdered sugar and shake gently to coat.
Spread on baking sheets or parchment paper to cool and set. Store in the freezer.
