Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. Unwrap the thawed puff pastry. Mix the sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl and sprinkle generously over both sides of each sheet.
  3. Cut each sheet into 3 equal rectangles, giving 6 in total.
  4. Roll one rectangle up tightly from a short end to form a spiral.
  5. Place the roll at the end of another rectangle and roll that up too. Repeat with the rest until you have one large spiral.
  6. Cut the large roll in half and set one half aside.
  7. On a surface dusted with cinnamon sugar, place one half cut-side up. Sprinkle more cinnamon sugar on top and gently roll it out into a 12-inch circle.
  8. Put the circle on a prepared baking sheet and repeat with the other half.
  9. Sprinkle cinnamon sugar over each dough circle and prick all over with a fork.
  10. Bake for about 15 minutes, until golden brown and crisp.
