- Ghee2 tbsp
- Milk500 ml
- Sugar
- Cardamom · powdera pinch
- Cashew2 tbsp
- Almond2 tbsp
- Raisin1 tbsp
Instructions
- Wash the carrots, trim the ends, peel them and cut roughly, then coarsely chop them in an electric chopper.

- Stop cooking when the halwa looks slightly shiny and the sugar's water has evaporated, without overcooking it.
- Heat 1 tbsp ghee in a pan, fry the almonds and cashews until light golden brown, stirring.
- Add the raisins and stir briefly, then pour the ghee and nut mixture over the halwa and mix well.
- Rest for a couple of minutes before serving.
