- Parsley · chopped2 colheres de sopa
- Cumin · ground½ colher de chá

- Black pepper
- Maionese½ xícara
- Paprika · smoked1 colher de chá

Modo de preparo
- Put the flour in a large bowl, make a well in the middle, and crack in the egg. Whisk the egg, then gradually whisk in the club soda until you have a creamy batter.
- Add the shallot, garlic, parsley and cumin to the batter, season with sea salt and black pepper, and mix well.
- Drain and rinse the white beans, shake off excess water, and mash them lightly with a potato masher or large fork for just a few seconds so they are slightly broken up.
- Add the mashed beans to the batter and mix until well combined.
- Heat a large frying pan over medium heat and add the olive oil.
- After a couple of minutes, drop spoonfuls of batter into the pan, spaced evenly in a single layer and cooking in batches. Fry for 3 minutes per side, or until golden.
- Transfer the cooked fritters to a dish lined with paper towels.
- For the aioli, put the mayonnaise in a bowl, finely grate in the garlic, and add the hot smoked paprika, lemon juice and olive oil. Season with sea salt and black pepper and whisk until creamy.
- Transfer the aioli to a serving dish, arrange the fritters around it, and serve warm or at room temperature.
