Ground Pork w/ Long Beans Recipe
Ingredients
- Ground pork300 g
- Soy sauce1 tbsp
- Oyster sauce2 tsp
- Sugar½ tsp
- Oil to stir fry
- Ginger · minced2 tsp
- Garlic · minced3 tbsp
- Chili pepper · diced
- Green bean230 g
- Scallion · diced
Instructions
- Mix the 300 g ground pork with the soy sauce, oyster sauce, a little white pepper and the sugar until well combined, mixing in one direction only.
- Set the pork aside. Cut the pickled long beans into short pieces and finely dice the pickled chilies.
- Heat the wok, add about 2.5 tbsp oil, then add the ginger, garlic and pickled chilies and stir until fragrant, taking care as they may splatter.
- Push everything aside, add the pork and spread it out, breaking it into fine crumbles rather than patties, and cook until fully cooked.
- Taste the pork and add salt only if needed, since the pickled beans are already salty.
- Push everything aside, add the long beans and stir-fry for about a minute, then mix everything together.
- Sprinkle with diced scallion and serve.
