Modo de preparo
- Heat the rapeseed or sunflower oil and sesame oil in a wok over medium-high heat.
- Add the onion and cook, stirring often, for 5 minutes until soft.
- Add the red pepper, mushrooms, peas, ham, pineapple, salt and pepper. Cook for 3 more minutes, stirring often.
- Add the cooked rice and turn the heat up to high. Toss everything together with a spatula.
- Add the soy sauce and garlic salt and keep cooking, moving everything around so it does not stick, until the rice is hot (about 5-6 minutes).
- Push the rice to one side, crack the eggs into the empty space and move the pan so the eggs sit over the heat. Stir the eggs slowly until they start to scramble, then mix them into the rice.
- Add the lemon juice, stir and taste. Add more soy sauce or lemon juice if needed.
- Divide between four bowls and serve topped with chopped spring onions, a drizzle of sriracha or sweet chilli sauce, and lemon wedges.
