Instructions

In a bowl, mix the hot cake mix and water very thoroughly to make the batter.
Cut a sausage diagonally, then join the two cut pieces in reverse to make a heart shape. Hold them together with an uncooked spaghetti piece or a toothpick.
Dip each heart-shaped sausage in the batter, then deep fry at 170°C (340°F) until golden.
Carefully remove the toothpicks. The spaghetti softens, so it can stay in.
