- Rosemary1
- Cranberry2 tbsp
- Silver edible glitter
- Gin1 ½ oz
- Elderflower liqueur½ oz
- Sparkling wine4 oz
Instructions
- Stand the rosemary sprig upright in the centre of a rounded-bottom or stemless wine glass, trimming it to be slightly shorter than the glass if needed. Tape across the rim to hold it vertical.
- Scatter the cranberries over the base of the glass. Carefully add enough water to cover the bottom to about ½ inch (1 cm) deep without tipping the rosemary.
- Freeze for about 2 hours, until the rosemary is frozen in place.
- Remove from the freezer and take off the tape. Sprinkle a pinch of silver edible glitter over the frozen base.
- Pour in the gin and elderflower liqueur, then top with chilled champagne. Serve immediately.
