Honey & Grape Pizza | Jamie Oliver
Ingredients
- Yeast · dried1 ½ x 7 g
- Honey5 tsp
- Tepid water310 ml
- Bread flour500 g
- Salt1
- Rosemary1
- Olive oil1
- Grape
- Pecorino cheese50 g
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 200°C/400°F.
- Dissolve the yeast and 1 teaspoon of the honey in half the water and set aside. Mix the flour with a good pinch of salt on a clean surface and form a mound.
- Make a well in the centre. When the yeast mixture is frothy, pour it into the well and gradually mix in the flour until it is all absorbed. Add the remaining water and mix in all the flour to make a moist, soft dough.
- Put the dough in a clean bowl, cover with cling film and leave somewhere warm for about 15 minutes.
- Bash the rosemary in a mortar with a little olive oil. Halve the grapes and set aside.
- When the dough has doubled in size, knead it on the work surface until smooth. Cut into 4 pieces, knead each briefly and shape into 4 small pizzas.
- Brush the pizzas with the rosemary oil, then scatter with the halved grapes. Drizzle each with 1 teaspoon of honey and shave pecorino over the top.
- Bake for 10 minutes, or until the bases are cooked and the cheese is bubbling and melted.
