- Garlic · minced2 colheres de sopa
- Scallion · sliced4
- Kimchi · chopped1 xícara
- Gochujang2 colheres de sopa
- Mirin2 colheres de sopa
- Molho shoyu1 colher de sopa
- Toasted sesame oil2 colheres de sopa
- Rice2 xícaras
- Mozzarella cheese · shredded½ xícara
- Egg4
Modo de preparo
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add the bacon and cook until halfway done, 3 to 5 minutes.
- Add the garlic and green onions to the centre and cook until fragrant, 1 to 2 minutes.
- Clear a space in the middle, add the kimchi and cook until its juices reduce and it starts to turn reddish brown, about 3 minutes.
- Whisk together the gochujang, mirin, soy sauce and 1 tablespoon of the sesame oil. Add to the pan and cook until well combined, about 1 minute.
- Add the rice and cook, stirring now and then, until warmed through and crispy on the bottom, 3 to 4 minutes.
- Press the rice mixture firmly into a deep bowl.
- Place a medium skillet over the bowl and flip it so the rice unmolds onto the pan. Lift off the bowl. Press a dent into the top with the back of a spoon, then cut a channel in the side so the cheese can flow out.
- Whisk the eggs in a large measuring cup.
- Set the heat to medium, pour the eggs over the rice and top with the mozzarella. Cover and cook until the cheese has melted and the egg is cooked through, about 5 minutes.
- Garnish with extra green onions if you like.
