- Oil2 tbsp
- Lemon5 tsp
- Cabbage · shredded1 ¼ cups

- Ketchup¼ cups

Instructions
- Slice the chicken breasts in half horizontally.
- Add the chicken seasonings to the chicken, mix well, and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Heat a little oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add the chicken in a single layer, without crowding the pan, and cook for a few minutes.
- Flip and cook until fully done and lightly charred on the edges.
- Transfer to a plate, rest for 10 minutes, then chop into small pieces.
- In the same or a clean pan, toast the hot dogs until browned and a little crispy, about 2-4 minutes. Set aside.
- In a bowl, stir the sauce ingredients until smooth and creamy.
- Thinly slice the cabbage like coleslaw, and shred or julienne the carrot. Add purple cabbage if using.
- In a large bowl, mix the chopped chicken, vegetables and some of the sauce until creamy, adding more sauce if desired.
- Open the pita pockets to make two pieces each, or leave them whole if the pita is not fresh.
- Lay a pita flat, add some filling and one hot dog, fold one side over, tuck in the sides, and roll like a burrito.
- Place seam-side down in a dry pan, grill pan or sandwich press and toast each side for 1-2 minutes until golden and crisp. Alternatively, air fry at 350°F for 3-5 minutes.
- Slice in half and serve warm.
