- Dash Tabascoto taste
- Flour1 cup
- Cornstarch1 tbsp
- Cayenne pepper¼ tsp

- Put the chicken in a large bowl.
- Mix the salt, pepper and paprika. Sprinkle 5 teaspoons of this mixture over the chicken and keep the last teaspoon for the coating.
- Cover and let the chicken rest for one hour at room temperature, or refrigerate for up to 8 hours. If refrigerated, leave it covered on the counter for 30 minutes before cooking.
- Beat the egg in a small bowl with the yogurt, water and Tabasco.
- In another bowl, mix the flour, cornstarch, cayenne and the reserved teaspoon of seasoning.
- Dip each piece of chicken into the egg mixture, let the excess drip off, then roll it in the flour and tap off the excess.
- Heat the oil to 350°F (about 177°C), keeping it between 350 and 365°F.
- Fry the chicken, turning once: wings for 10 minutes in total, all other pieces for 12 minutes in total.
- Fry in two batches so the pan is not crowded.
- Let the chicken cool for 10 minutes before eating hot, or cool completely and refrigerate to eat cold the next day.
