- Flour50 g
- Cocoa powder5 g
- Sugar1 tsp
- Salt1 pinch
- Egg1
- Butter · melted1 tbsp
- Milk125 ml
- Vanilla1
- Timtam
- Chocolate
- Cream
Instructions
- Sift the flour and black cocoa powder into a bowl. Add the sugar and salt, then whisk well.
- Beat the egg in gradually, mixing well after each addition.
- Mix in the melted butter.
- Add the warm milk little by little, mixing well. Stir in the vanilla if using. Cover with plastic wrap and let the batter rest at room temperature for 30 minutes.
- Lightly oil a nonstick pan with a thin film of oil wiped on with a paper towel. Heat over medium. Pour in the batter and swirl the pan slowly in a circle to spread it evenly.
- Cook until the edges start to dry, then flip and cook the other side for about 10 seconds.
- Let the crepes cool completely.
- Place the fillings on a crepe and fold it into a triangle.
- Wrap the triangles in onigiri wrappers.
- Optional: make these a day ahead and keep them refrigerated; the cream sets well this way.
