Ingredientes
- Plant-based luncheon meat4 fatias
- Molho shoyu2 colheres de sopa
- Mirin2 colheres de sopa
- Maple syrup1 colher de sopa
- Egg1 xícara

- Furikake

Modo de preparo
- Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat, add the luncheon meat and cook until the edges are crispy and both sides golden brown.
- Meanwhile, whisk the soy sauce, mirin and maple syrup in a small bowl. Pour over the meat to glaze it; once the sauce bubbles, take the pan off the heat and set the meat aside.
- Cook the egg as a rectangular omelette in a rectangular pan, or as a flat omelette cut to the same size as the meat.
- Place 1/3 cup of warm rice in a musubi mold and spread it evenly. Press it flat.
- Sprinkle about 1 tablespoon furikake (or more to taste) over the rice, then add the glazed meat and the omelette on top.
- Wrap a seaweed strip around so both ends meet under the warm rice, so the steam helps it stick.
