- Onion1
- Parsley1 cup
- Bell pepper1
- Bread2 slices
- Salt1 ½ tsp
- Pepper½ tsp
- Lebanese baharat1 tsp
- Burger bun
- Lettuce

Instructions
- In a food processor, blend the 2 slices of white bread into fine crumbs. Remove and set aside.
- Add the onion, red capsicum and parsley to the processor and process until almost a paste. Tip into a sieve and drain off excess liquid.
- In a large bowl, combine the lamb mince, breadcrumbs, the drained vegetable blend, 1 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp pepper and 1 tsp baharat.
- Mix with your hands until everything is well combined.
- Shape the mixture into flat round patties of 150 g each (makes about 9 patties' worth of portions per recipe).
- Preheat the barbecue to medium. Cook each patty for about 4 minutes per side. A frying pan or griddle on the stove also works.
- Serve warm in toasted burger buns with your favourite burger fillings.
