- Cheddar cheese · shredded1 cup
- Garlic powder1 tsp
- Onion powder1 tsp
- Paprika1 tsp
- Salt1 tsp

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F. Fit the pie crust into a 9-inch quiche pan or pie plate, cover with parchment and pie weights or dried beans, and bake about 10 minutes until lightly browned.
- Remove the parchment and weights, then bake the crust about 5 to 7 minutes more until fully baked through. Set aside to cool.
- In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook the bacon until crisp. Drain on paper towels and chop.
- Cook the sausage in the same skillet about 7 minutes until browned and crumbly. Lift it out with a slotted spoon and set aside with the bacon.
- Whisk together the half-and-half, 2 teaspoons of the seasoning blend (1 teaspoon each garlic powder, onion powder, sweet paprika, kosher salt and black pepper), and the eggs.
- Spread the bacon, sausage, ham, green onions and Cheddar evenly over the cooled crust. Pour the egg mixture over the top.
- Bake 25 to 30 minutes until the center is set. Cover the edges with a pie shield or foil if they brown too quickly. Let cool slightly before serving.
