- Dill1 cup
- Leek1
- Egg4
- Salt1 tsp
- Black pepper¼ tsp
- Turmeric¼ tsp
- Flour1 tbsp
- Walnut⅓ cups
- Barberries⅓ cups

Instructions
- Put the chopped parsley, cilantro, dill and leek in a large bowl. Add the eggs, then the salt, pepper and turmeric, and mix until everything holds together. If it does not hold, add another egg.

- Heat 3 tablespoons of olive oil in a large (10 to 12 inch) nonstick pan over medium-high heat. When the oil is hot, pour in the kuku mixture and spread it evenly with a spoon or spatula.
- Lay a few sheets of paper towel over the pan, cover with the lid and cook undisturbed for 10 minutes.
- Remove the lid and paper towel. If the surface looks dry, carefully invert a large plate over the pan and flip the kuku onto it.
- Add 1 tablespoon of oil to the pan, slide the kuku back in and cook the other side for 10 to 15 minutes, uncovered.
- Transfer to a serving plate and slice.
