Instructions

  1. Pat the wings completely dry with paper towels and place them in a large bowl.
  2. Add the avocado oil, lemon pepper seasoning, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt and black pepper, and toss until fully coated.
  3. Preheat the air fryer to 400ยฐF (200ยฐC), about 5 minutes.
  4. Arrange the wings in a single layer in the basket, sprinkle both sides with the cornstarch, and air fry for 22โ€“25 minutes, flipping halfway, until deep golden and crispy and the internal temperature reads 165ยฐF.
  5. Meanwhile, melt the butter in a small saucepan over medium-low heat. Add the honey, lemon zest and juice, lemon pepper seasoning and salt, and cook, stirring constantly, about 2 minutes until warmed through. Do not boil. Remove from heat and set aside.
  6. Transfer the cooked wings to a large bowl, pour over the lemon honey butter glaze, and toss until fully coated.
  7. Arrange the wings on a large platter, sprinkle with the parsley and garnish with extra lemon pepper seasoning. Serve immediately.
