Pistachio½ cups

Instructions

Put everything except the pistachios into a food processor and pulse until combined.
Add the pistachios and pulse until the sauce is mostly smooth, to the consistency you like.
Use as a dip or spread, or thin with more water or oil for a dressing or marinade.
