- Flour
- Milk1 tbsp
- Maple syrup2 tsp

Instructions
- Take the 2 puff pastry sheets out to thaw for at least 15 minutes.
- In a bowl, mix all the sauce ingredients well, then taste and add more salt if needed. Chop the onion and peppers if not already done, then stir them into the bowl with the cilantro and chickpeas.
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (205°C).
- When the pastry starts to soften, dust your surface with flour and roll each sheet about 1 to 2 inches larger. Cut each sheet into six equal squares.
- Mix the non-dairy milk and maple syrup. Brush the edges of each square with this mixture. If using, spread vegan cream cheese on each square.
- Spoon a good amount of the chickpea tikka masala onto each square and top with vegan cheese if using. Fold diagonally to seal the edges into little pouches, brush them again with the milk and maple syrup mixture, and sprinkle with seeds.
- Move the puffs to a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 30 to 35 minutes, turning the sheet around at the 25-minute mark, until golden all over with some browned edges.
- Take the pastries out of the oven and serve.
