- Cheese¾ cups
- Tostadas6
- Sour cream¾ cups
- Lettuce · shredded2 cups
- Tomato · diced1 cup

Instructions
- Brown the ground beef in a large skillet over medium-high heat, breaking it into crumbles, until no longer pink, about 5 minutes. Drain the grease.
- Add the taco seasoning, water and Cholula hot sauce to the beef. Simmer for 4-5 minutes, then season with salt to taste.
- Heat 1 teaspoon of oil in another large skillet over medium heat.
- Lay a large (12-inch) flour tortilla on a cutting board or plate and spread 2 tablespoons of cheese sauce in the center.
- Layer 1/4 cup of taco meat, a tostada, 2 tablespoons of sour cream, 1/3 cup of shredded lettuce, 2 1/2 tablespoons of tomato, and 1/3 cup of shredded cheese over the sauce. Top with a smaller (8-inch) flour tortilla.
- Working quickly, fold one edge of the large tortilla over the center of the filling, then continue folding in small overlapping sections all the way around until fully enclosed and sealed into a disc.
- Place the crunch wrap folded side down in the hot skillet and cook until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes. Flip and toast the other side until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes.
- Repeat the assembly and toasting steps to make 5 more crunch wraps, and serve with hot sauce on the side.
