- Carrot · thinly sliced2
- Sesame oil2 tsp

Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, whisk all the marinade ingredients except the salmon. Add the salmon and rub the glaze over it until well coated. Let it marinate for 30 minutes.
- Set a pan over medium-high heat with the peanut oil. Add the broccoli, green beans and carrots and stir-fry for 5 to 7 minutes until softened. Lower the heat to low, then stir in the sesame oil, sesame seeds and seasoning to taste until coated. Take off the heat.
- Heat a large clean pan over medium-high heat with the peanut oil. Scrape off excess glaze from the salmon, then place the fillets skin side down and sear for 3 minutes until the skin is deeply golden. Flip and cook the other sides for 1 1/2 minutes until golden, in batches if needed.
- Bring the remaining glaze to a simmer in the pan and reduce for 1 to 2 minutes until thick. Take off the heat and rest for a couple of minutes.
- Divide the vegetables among 5 airtight containers of 750ml each. Add a salmon fillet to each, spoon over the remaining pan sauce, and top with spring onion and sesame seeds.
