- Cabbage
- Bell pepper
- Paneer250 g
- Cilantroa handful

- Wash the moong dal until the water runs clear, then soak it for an hour. Drain, and grind the dal in a blender with the ginger, chilli, cumin seeds, salt and water into a fine batter. Transfer to a bowl and check that it is not too thin.
- Chop all the topping vegetables in a blender, then transfer them to a bowl. Add the grated paneer, coriander and spring onion greens and stir well.
- Heat a tawa over high heat. Sprinkle water on it; when it sizzles and evaporates within seconds, it is ready.
- Pour a ladle of batter onto the tawa and spread it into a dosa-style round. Spread the topping evenly over it and press gently so it stays together.
- Season the top with salt, black pepper and ghee. Cook over medium heat until the bottom is light golden brown, then flip and cook the other side for 2 to 3 minutes until the vegetables are cooked.
- Flip the cheela once more, roll it, move it to a chopping board and cut it into pieces.
