Instructions
- Heat the lard or oil in a wok or large frying pan over medium heat. Fry the thinly sliced pork belly until both sides are sealed, then add the shrimp and a pinch of salt and pepper.
- When the pork and shrimp are cooked on the surface, add the fish cake, onion, 100 g bean sprouts, cabbage, sweet corn and carrot.
- Stir-fry until the cabbage is soft and the pork and shrimp are cooked through. Turn off the heat and set aside.
- In a saucepan over medium heat, heat the dashi with the soy sauce, garlic, ginger and oyster sauce. When hot, stir in the chicken bouillon powder until dissolved.
- Turn off the heat and stir in the milk. Reheat on medium just before serving, taking care not to let it boil so the milk does not curdle.
- Meanwhile, boil the noodles in a separate pot following the package instructions. When 2–3 minutes remain, reheat the broth.
- Drain the noodles and place them in serving bowls. Pour the broth over the noodles and top with the stir-fried meat and vegetables.
- Sprinkle with ground white pepper if you like.
